With continuous feedback and review, please find latest version attached, effective immediately as of 30 Sep. 2010.
Please ensure that forms for all new candidates or rejoining crew are provided in attached format as per following workflow:
1. Preliminary CV of new candidates submitted for consideration
2. Candidate passes interview by Supt/approved by Titan Marine dept.
3. RE-SEND completed CV with ALL necessary information completed
(see email below).
4. Submit scanned cert/license copies to Titan office for filing.
We also appreciate that all outstanding CVs and certificate/license copies
are forwarded to our office ASAP.
